Well, yes...the death penalty would effectively put the chip back in someone. Though what if the crime wasn't severe enough to warrant a death? What if it was just property damage and no one was really hurt?

that's why it would probably be a case-by-case basis-- we just wanted to see what punishments people liked/had in mind.
