Prelude to AWESOME

SORRY, NO SUFFERING. Yet. We've gotta make you guys work for it first.

That satellite that's been lying dormant will suddenly start beeping at 11 A.M. tomorrow (that would be Sunday, for people like me who can't remember days). It's not a deafeningly loud sound, but anyone heading to the shopping district will definitely hear it in the distance. Question is, what suddenly made it activate? Or maybe you should ask who. WELP. YOU'LL KNOW IN TIME.

There may be a few lingering Heaven Smile in the way, but those curious enough to investigate will be able to walk right up to the satellite. A small compartment is propped open near the front, revealing a small keypad and screen. Now the satellite has been activated again, the keypad has lit up, and on the screen flashes... a code.

YOUR JOB: Solve the code and enter it into the keypad to shut the damn thing up. What happens if you don't solve it in time? You don't wanna know.

Before I give out the actual code, here are the OOC instructions on how to solve it. In character directions will be given by Jas' character (insinuo) so keep a look out for her!

[EDIT]: Linda raised the question of whether this can be solved OOCly if you characters CAN'T solve it ICly. (Because Evil King Linda cracking a code? MADNESS.) The answer is yes, but if you do solve it, just add in that you want to be put on the priority list rather than being the actual code-cracker when you go to answer.

Ideas and whatnot can of course be shared ICly, but try to keep it to yourself as much as characterization permits.

[SON OF AN EDIT]: HOLY FUCK well we might not need six days after all. Dayum, people. AS EVERYONE SEEMS EAGER, the event may end sooner if all the slots are filled before Friday. If that's the case, we'll give you a few days heads up to let you know the new ending date.

[RETURN OF THE SON OF AN EDIT]: Cheaters will be disqualified from the races. Tell your friends, and both you and they will be excluded from this event.
