coniuratiDon't shoot the messenger, buuuut something has been brought to our attention that needs to be addressed/made clearer.
The scientists only replenish the basics and necessities of food and drink. They don't resupply the best of the best items, though those that have been here since the very beginning of the game will have noticed that the QUALITY of these items is increasing. However, things like beer and fancy little chocolates and the like isn't replenished. So, from now on, those kinds of items aren't going to be restocked. They never were to begin with, really, but we can't retcon things that people have already done. I've been updating the core posts a bit today, and I'll be editing the FAQ to help make this more clear.
Other items, such as kitchen utensils or whatever, are more available than food is. But essentially, the bottom line is: if you're not sure what sort of items are restocked, please ask. It's what we're here for. The same goes for applicances; with working power, some of them WILL work just fine, but don't assume that anything overly extravagant will. This is how Discedo is, and it sucks for the characters, but their lives were never supposed to be easy. :( It's been at least three years, if not more, since most of the stuff here was used.
