Question about the HMD

Now, with the posting of the latest How's My Driving thread, now's as good a time as any to raise a very interesting question that a player brought up.

What would be better for the HMD: to have it once a month or so like we're doing now, or to have a PERMANENT post for it in discedo's main community for people to always use?

Thoughts on the matter are v. v. welcomed, and after this HMD, we'll put the best answer into play.

Along with that, remember the passage in the subway that initially/eventually led to the scientists and then the mountains? Well, it's all sealed up now. No getting through that wall, I'm afraid. Though it's appearance was brief, the town in the mountains is off-limits to players until further notice. Some insurance policy from the scientists, no?
