coniuratiJust a few things this morning, gaiz!
Firstly, as some of you may know, we will be making the application slightly more detailed. Hopefully, by doing this, it'll eliminate the need to continuously ask for additional first person samples. We're paying particular attention to the first person; there shouldn't be many other changes. However, some people have been getting rather slack with their sentences. If they aren't detailed enough, we will have to keep asking. It's better to shoot for over the minimum than just hitting the minimum. The more we have to work with the better, yeah?
If you have any suggestions as to how we should change the application, maybe to make it clearer/easier for everyone, then you're more than welcome to drop ideas here! I doubt this will happen for another couple of weeks, since we're trying to get plot and other little things out of the way, but we'll update you all on it accordingly.
Secondly, as a follow up from my last post, we will be implementing the plot limit idea on volunteering. Though, it won't be for every single sign up - it'll be on a case by case basis, depending on what sort of character involvement the previous plot involved. Some people aren't so happy with it, but the moderators were incredibly pleased with how the last sign up ended up turning out, so we'll be going with that from now on. It covers both mod and player events, but again, case by case. We'll talk the volunteer requirements through with any mun that approaches us, and go from there. This just makes sure that everyone gets a chance to participate within the community. It may not be permanent; we'll see how the next few events go.
