LISTEN UP, PLEASE.

coniuratiThere are a number of things that I need to cover in this post, so please read it all- and please be patient with me. It may be too tl;dr for your tastes, but it's important!
ONE. The MONSTER LIST has two new additions: Metal Heads and the Wild Saurian. Additionally, the PLOT SUMMARY post has been updated for the month of March. Everything on there should be up-to-date now, but if there's something that we've missed, don't hesitate to comment there and let us know! We'll fix it up as soon as we can manage.
TWO. A reminder that requests to join the logs comm will not be approved until all necessary information has been submitted to BOTH POSTS. Seriously, guys- there are only two. Mostly, it's the friends add that suffers- please, please ensure that you have submitted your character info to both. Otherwise people aren't gonna add your character journals, and you'll get next to zero interaction. It may sound mean of me to say that, but it's true! It takes two seconds. Please ensure that everything is up-to-date for all of your characters.
THREE. Speaking of which- THERE WILL BE AN ACTIVITY CHECK SOON. The list is a lot smaller than before, which makes me happy. But still, keep it up! We realise that there wasn't much in the way of plot over March, which is why we're going to make up for that in April. Totally serious.
And now, I get to put my serious hat on. If you haven't been paying attention up until now, you really need to now.
The five of us- we're moderators. We aren't robots, we're human beings. And we can accept that there are things that we'll do that you won't agree with. Maybe you don't like the way we're running things, maybe you do- but if you don't? You really need to bring it to our attention. That's what the concerns & inquires post is for, or emailing one of the moderators personally. (I would normally suggest using the mod email, but I believe it's rarely checked, and we might miss it.)
Along the same vein- if you want to do anything on a major scale involving a lot of players, it would be appreciated if you would at least notify us of this. We don't have eyes everywhere all the time, so if you're planning something that involves a big group? We really need to know. We shouldn't be chasing people up asking what's going on. So far we've been pretty lenient when it comes to kidnappings and the like, but from now on you're going to have to run it by a moderator first.
I hate being an evil moderator about this sort of stuff, but I figure it really does need to be said at the moment.
