Agreed on this one. Also, the jailtime and community service could be combined unless the character's out on good behavior or something; that'll cut down on the amount of guarding that needs to be done. (:?

Agreed, but I think it should also depend on the person as well. There are some people who could, you know, break out of jail easily?
