To give everyone a little back story: once upon a time there was a great flood that wiped out all the gross nasty stuff that was all over Discedo. Because it got rid of the gross nasty stuff, things began to grow! It became a world of horror and wonder, because omg some of these plants are TERRIFYING; and some are cute. You're all secretly in love with our rainbow tree, shhhh.

A few other things have been cropping up too, like new monsters..!! But just a few...

Baked Yammonster - Mother 3 Image A yam with a jack-o-lantern like face. Being baked, it's insides glow hot like coals. It uses it's tiny hair-like roots to move around. Blood Blossum - Danny Phantom Image Need help warding off those pesky ghosts? Don't worry, these have got your back. Cactuar/Cactuer - Final Fantasy VII Image Don't you run, needles! Cactoid - Final Fantasy XII Image Being a mischievous, mean-spirited beastie, mercifully lacking the intelligence to do any real damage. Sproutlings are called cactites. A rare strain is notable for its proclivity to sprout a scarlet blossom. Dragonthorn - Dragon Quest 8 Image These aren't something you want to be messing with, if you get my point.

Firegrass - Yu-gi-oh Image A fire breathing plant found growing near volcanoes. Malboro - Final Fantasy XII Image Cute little fellow with a thousand million eyes; just don't catch a whiff of their breath or your in for a slew of ailments Piranha Plant - Super Mario Brothers Image Grawr Charble Grawr! (Hey, what's cooking? YOU ARE!) Pie Tree - Xanth Well, if money doesn't grow on trees, I'll tell you what does! pizza, pecan, shoo-fly, mince, shepard's, cheese, chocolate cream...... Ragora - Final Fantasy X Image Watch out for its powerful Seed Cannon. One bad hit will knock characters out.

But that isn't the only thing. OHHH no, we're not finished yet!! For those of you who play video games, pollen spells death, doesn't it? Even Pokemon has hideous attacks like 'poison powder' that if they hit and you don't have the right stuff, you're screwed. Or how about the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy goes through the poppies? Ten step KNOCK-OUT.

Welp, it's POLLEN season in Discedo now, and it is floating in the air just as potent and deadly. --Or not so deadly. Players will be given a slew of possible effects that the pollen might have on them, which can be stacked as much as the player wants. Actually curing them? Well, certain medications at the Hospital should be able to knock it out, but that's assuming you can figure out which one. The effect will also wear off after a time. So, let me enlighten you with..

Slow

Again. Effects can be stacked. The pollen portion of this event will last from May 28th until June 3rd, however our new monsters are here to stay!!
