Hey folks!! Hope the pitfalls are going well for you all. In light of the holiday season we have TWO fantastic events for you guys!!
Pucker up!!
On December 18th characters will find each and every apartment has been fully decorated with various holiday commodities. You know, Christmas trees, various fake-pine boas, Hanukka Menorahs, wreaths, so on and so forth, along with a plate of fresh cookies. A small blizzard, too, will be settling in tonight (Dec 11) and the snow will be here to stay for the rest of the season!
But more importantly? There's MISTLETOE. And it has literally taken over. Traditional of every December in Discedo, mistletoe is hanging from any place imaginable, and really, if you thought it wasn't there a moment ago, look away for one second and it will be. If your characters happen to get caught under a bough of it, better prepare to pucker up. Running away from it isn't an option either: anyone who tries to leave will be met with a shock to bring them back. The Mistletoe will be present from December 18th all the way until December 31st, and most abundant the three days before, and after Christmas.
Gifts galore!!
Think of it as a REVERSE item drop!! This time around, characters are invited to request gifts FOR other characters in the game. Since it is end game time, we won't be putting a limit on how much you can request, BUT we ask that you leave a comment below for item requests for approval, as well as who the item is for. Items will be approved and denied on a case by case basis.
You can only request one item for each character your gifting to (we'll make an exception for set-items, such as a bow and arrows), and you cannot make requests for your own characters.
Presents for characters will arrive Christmas morning (Dec 25), and you have until that time to request.
End game update!!
Due to the understandable slowing down of the game, the above mentioned events are PROBABLY going to be our biggest plots before the game officially closes. We do have a wrap up plot for everyone that will take place between December 25th and January 1st. Discedo will be OFFICIALLY closing on January 1st as well, but if anyone wants to back tag the game after that you're more than welcome to.
We'll have more details about the end plot later this month.
