New character, old mun
Hey guys! This is CC (aka Marco mun) bringing in ANOTHER One Piece character: Smoker. He's in the marines and believes in JUSTICE. And he's in love with his bike. Which he doesn't have. ALSO he likes cigars enough to smoke two at a time, and he carries a seastone jitte to smack Luffy around with.
He's been all time-skipped and such so he has sunglasses and an extra jacket/cloak thing and a new scar. But mostly sunglasses.
ANYWAYS. Here's Smoker. He's total trollbait and will probably want to join the watch and make things more... justicey. I'll do an IC post when I don't want to puke :3
