Memory Mix-up Event
How fond are you of your memories? You like them, right? Or maybe you don't. Maybe you rather them be tucked away and buried under years of denial.
Well. That's just too bad. There's something other than the bad weather to keep in mind. Starting Sunday, February 5th, characters may begin experiencing one another's memories. Embarrassing moments, dark secrets, steamy moments can all be shared against your character's will with those around them.
These are NOT illusions. What your characters "recall" is clearly in their own mind, as if they saw it through their own eyes. Nothing they remember will be in front of them or viewable by others. No illusions. More than one memory can be experienced, and any memory can be seen by more than one person. Having your characters experience the memory mix-ups is completely optional. It's all up to you! So, have fun!
However, in order to experience other character's memories, your character will have to be talking with someone through the communicators or be near someone in-person.
How to share memories:
You can post memories here, where anyone can select from at random.
or
While tagging you can also GIVE the other player a memory for their character to see.
This event will end on February 11th.
And as always, if you have any questions, please ask!

*^* YES that scene is really cool! UMM Youtube fails me in terms of finding this scene specifically, but basically they are on a moving train, and she is tied/cuffed to Jack the Ripper at the time because he is Insane in the Membrane. He was threatening little Conan, and one of them needs to survive the virtual reality game, or else they all die ~forever~ irl too so Ran sacrifices herself by jumping off and takes Jack the Ripper with her :')
ADMITTEDLY THAT WAS A REALLY HORRIBLE SUMMARY i'm sorry but there's more info on the movie here if you want to peek.
Hope that helps, and it doesn't have to come up in the thread right away; we can work our way up to it \o/

In the movie, I can't find the clip but they're being invaded by aliens that like... change them into faceless aliens by touching them yes. So the countries each try and like. Calm the aliens down!!! None of them are working, and Japan's attempt is the last one with an obon festival dance. ...So basically the memory would be of him playing a taiko drum all excited while America bugs him to sign a contract about something but Japan insists PATIENCE IS KEY!!! and the aliens + other countries are all dancing...
THAT'S KIND OF COMPLICATED THOUGH but gosh there's honestly so many strips that are light hearted I could go one for ages...
BUT THAT SOUNDS GOOD with Ran's memory! We'll work up to it then.
