Memory Mix-up Event

How fond are you of your memories? You like them, right? Or maybe you don't. Maybe you rather them be tucked away and buried under years of denial.

Well. That's just too bad. There's something other than the bad weather to keep in mind. Starting Sunday, February 5th, characters may begin experiencing one another's memories. Embarrassing moments, dark secrets, steamy moments can all be shared against your character's will with those around them.


These are NOT illusions. What your characters "recall" is clearly in their own mind, as if they saw it through their own eyes. Nothing they remember will be in front of them or viewable by others. No illusions. More than one memory can be experienced, and any memory can be seen by more than one person. Having your characters experience the memory mix-ups is completely optional. It's all up to you! So, have fun!

However, in order to experience other character's memories, your character will have to be talking with someone through the communicators or be near someone in-person.

How to share memories:
You can post memories here, where anyone can select from at random.
or
While tagging you can also GIVE the other player a memory for their character to see.

This event will end on February 11th.

omg I really need to get back into the game... Taiwan doesn't have quite the same depth to draw from that some of the other countries do, but the 20th century wasn't exactly easy on her! I would not be surprised if she felt rather schizophrenic by the end of it.

Well, I don't know what you have in mind but I was thinking something from the late 1970s when America and the rest of the UN changed their acknowledgement from Taiwan to China (and maybe right before/right after this which was kind of a big deal for Taiwan, like a promise that America would still take care of her somewhat.

Or you know, for less srsbizness, that time they all went to karaoke together and he and Korea threw water balloons at all the passersby from the balcony while singing the Bolivian national anthem.

Awwww ;u; if it was before the TRA America would probably feel pretty fucking guilty like "WHAT NO" and probably secretly punch himself in hopes that his future self would feel it. If it was after it would be like affirmation that yes, he can still do good things even if he feels on shaky ground back in '69. EITHER WAY I AM HAPPY.

In return, would Taiwan like something from America? He definitely got some flutters in his stomach quite a few times they've hung out because liberty turns him on and been like "MUST. PROTECT." Since he has this weird fixation where he thinks helping her balances out some of the sketchy shit he's done.

Either that or something silly from American history WHATEVER YOU WANT.

We could always try it twice... I think a memory of America's where he's DOING HIS BEST at something will definitely make her heart go all doki doki on him. Especially if it's not something contrived or very well known/remembered by the other countries. Have you got anything in mind?
