Yes, Seifer and Japan are caught and busted outby the time Jon's post goes up. The manhunt is ongoing though so that doesn't interfer at all with it.

It actually would work to their benefit since it would give Jon a bit of a wild goose hunt to point the dogs at instead of the actual people that need to be caught.

And yes, drinks- because they can pretend to be drunk and get away with things. Jon's reputation would still be pretty much the same even in this place XD
