If it hasn't already been made apparent, Discedo will be closing as a standard DWRP relatively soon. If you haven't already voted, PLEASE OH PLEASE go vote! We'd like if everybody in Discedo had their chance to vote before the decision is made final!! Expect to hear from us sometime next month with deets! ALSO I've gotten a number of questions lately; if you have any PLEASE PM the mod account, or hit one of us up on AIM or Plurk! Keep the stuff in this post related to the meme if you could.

By my guess, Discedo should make its final transition AT THE LATEST sometime in January, and it could happen sooner or later depending on which way Discedo goes. I would recommend having any major plotting that you want to finish to wrap up probably by New Year's. That said!!

The Naruto cast is the best I've seen outside of Discedo, and we have TONS of small characters there! It also accepts Original Characters and it's really well done. witchesreign is set in FF-VIII, completely with the Balamb Garden that flies around the world being awesome. Ever wanted your character to teach/learn at a mercenary school? This is the place to go! We have a great still-buidling Kuroshisuji cast including our old Grell (Tash) & Gakupo, and god, the cast is REALLY REALLY varied. But it's a REALLY laid back game. The most laid-back I'm in. I've got Marco there, & Lt. Furor from Sonic the Comics (British).

route_29 -- POKEMON! Primarily Johto, but it's opened up to Kanto too now! I've only got Smoker there right now, but China's there and we have some REALLY kickass casts including Homestuck and Hetalia. // Same as Luceti on the journal-based

Basically, it's characaters blogging from their home worlds and are able to magically world hop between time and space to go visit their friends in other universes. At times the comm just takes everyone to events (like the Jurassic Park, Oregon Trail or the Haunted House events and characters have to survive. There can also be canon events that afflict the comm. Such as the Persona event that happened twice. Otherwise, viruses happen that can be either ubber cracky or ubber dark.

If you want to keep your previous Discedo memories, try hitting up destinystrings: it's a SMT/Persona game with some slice of life but fighting monsters at times! WITH PERSONAS! It's pretty slow and tag friendly as well as backtagging welcomed. Game transplants and AUs are welcomed! Did I mention you can use personas too?

If you're looking for slow paced, then check out arcanarum or hollyheights: Arc involves your character turning into a fairy tale one with nice little events and Holly Heights is slice of life suburbia minus all the creepie things like Mayfield does. Sora's in both so yeah.
