Wacky weather and Exciting Explorations! Oh my!!
Feelings antsy, Discedo? WELL, you're just in luck! This month is going to be providing not only a gamewide plot, but also an optional adventure plot!
An Exploration plot is going to be setting sail on Friday, April 13th headed by Luffy/straw_hat. He and his crew members will be traveling the banks of Discedo for approximately two weeks. What lies ahead, you might ask? Well, there will certainly be treasure involved, as any good pirate adventure would require!! And certainly a number of dangers, including other scallywags who get in your way! Any character is welcomed to sign up, but a warning to you all that this event will involve character deaths. Dying is completely optional; however, we do need willing sacrifices! Sign-ups are listed in the comments, so make sure you fill that out!!! The event will last until April 25th when the crew returns. Details on the plot will be released later in the week in a second post.

Starting April 17th players are going to be experiencing... interesting weather. That's right folks! IT'S RAININGMEN, AND SNOWING, AND FLOODING and actually! Something seriously messed up is going on around here! The event is layered out in days, so here's the order for what's going to happen weather-wise. Brace yourself, because it's about to get frosty.
April 17; An emergency weather warning will be going up courtesy of your local weatherghost over atspectavi, warning the citizens of Discedo that dangerous weather is approaching. Caution advised!
April 18th: In the morning, a thick, intense fog will set in, almost thick enough to be hazardous! Characters can go outside if they want, but getting lost is easy, and who knows who else creeping in the fog with you. The fog will last some number of hours before the moisture in the air finally begins to clear up. Nothing too unusual, right?
And then, evening approaches. Look into the sky and there's an unusual sight. My friends, yes, indeed: it will be raining frogs.
The frogs will come down completely unharmed and, in fact, will be eager to go search out the safety of the lake and other watery bodies. We're hopping you enjoy the frogs for the evening; by morning, they will all have found new homes.
April 19th: At 2pm there will be an earthquake. A very small one. Like too minuscule that the most damage will be a plastic chair falling over. Quake in fear, my fellow Discedians. Characters will be able to feel and hear the earthquake, however it will only last a few seconds.
April 20 Throughout the entire day, Discedo will be struck by an intense blizzard. The snow won't stick since the ground isn't frozen, but you can all enjoy battling the bitter cold while the mud-slush soaks your spring shoes for the rest of the day. Temperatures will be surprisingly unbearable, so time to get warm, folks!
April 21-22: And you all know what happens after Winter! Everything floods. In fact, a three foot flood will be swamping Discedo for the next two days! If getting around yesterday was bad, today is even worse. First floor apartments are going to be completely swamped. The water isn't high enough that characters will drown in it, mind; but has that ever stopped us?
Monsters are going to be in the water, or at least some scary as hell mutant fish. Three heads, four eyes, two heads and no tails. As for the regular monsters browsing Discedo, they're going to need some higher ground to live in until the flood passes. Say hello to your new bunk mates!
April 23: Waters will drain throughout the day. The current from the rushing water will be enough to knock a person off his feet and/or sweep them out a door if they're in a flooded building, but nothing more dangerous that getting some bumps and bruises from tumbling around. Watermonsters will, for the most part, also evacuate with the water.
After that week of chaos, the weather will sporadically turn back to normal.

He will be moving very very sluggishly though since even without his chip out, he's weak to water/ocean and will have a tough time moving in it.
