OOC Information Updates

We're still in the process of re-doing the information pages for the game, but for player purposes we now have map pages for each city: Discedo, Dissimulo, Spero (more info will be added to these as soon as possible). In the comments of each page there is now a place to list both IC organizations working in those cities (soup kitchen, watch, etc) and any changes characters might make to any parts of the cities (building projects, wide-scale destruction, utility fixes).

Finally we have a new Rooming List. Functions the same way as the old one. Please check the old list before claiming a place on the new list. If your character is no longer claiming a specific place on the old list please delete your comment there so people are aware when they double check.

We'd like to thank Maresuke (Tatsumi/Cube-mun) for all his help as he made all the maps and several of the rooming layouts in addition to helping set the page up.
