Sai's chip event permissions post. WITHOUT THE MAJOR FAIL THIS TIME AROUND!

Sai is gonna get her chip out on the 6th. Starting on the 8th and until the 13th her powers are gonna go haywire and she is gonna take on two different forms during this event: Her true form and Kaitou Sai.

The True Form is only going to appear from the 8th-9th. The true form powers are mainly psychic but mainly telepathy and should she take on another character's form, she gains all of their powers as long as she stays in their form. Her permissions are as followed:

1.) Can she read your character's mind and/or implant images into their mind?
2.) Should the two get into a fight, do you want your character hurt/killed?

Kaitou Sai is gonna be out and running wild for the rest of the event. His powers are straight forward but he has a new power/ability and that is the Electronic Drug. What this is he gives them a shot of this straight into the character's brain through eye contact and is able to control their minds and bodies. Sai's version of the drug is a much weaker version and only can be fully effective after around 4-6 doses. Under the effect the person will be feeling some of the greatest high along with getting some of Sai's inhuman strength.

1st dose: Lasts only 5mins
2nd dose: Only 10mins
3rd dose 20mins.

Sai can only give a person dosage of the drug in person. His permissions are as follows:

1.) Do you want you character to get zapped with the Electronic Drug? How many times?
2.) In the case of a fight, how badly do you want your character to get hurt? If you want death do you want them to become a red box?

This event only affects Discedo and only to those Sai meets in person. Also abilities like the Electronic Drug and Mind reading cannot affect powerful super-natural beings. Thank you in advance for your time and hopefully I won't make this boring for anybody.

I think it'd be pretty cool for Naruto to run into her true form! So...

1) Yes!! That would definitely be ok!
2) I'm gonna say yes on being hurt and...a maybe on being killed. I'd like to keep him alive, but depending on how things go, well, I'm really OK with either.

1) Yes, go ahead and zap some of Sai's memories into Enil's mind. She can do mind reading if so desired.
2) Hurting is fine but I rather not have her killed.

2. They can scrap, and injuries can occur. Dunno how strong Kaitou Sai is, so I'm not sure how much damage he can do.
3. Nah, no zapping, although since Grell would be inhuman I'm not sure how those doses would affect her anyway.

1.) Sai is welcome to read Tatsumi's mind and/or implant images.
2.) Hurt Tatsumi all you like, but someone else already has dibs on killing him. He does regenerate, so he'll fight for quite a while. If you're up to real injuries, go for his head. Just don't cut it off... he kind of needs that to live. (But smashing it in is okay!!) Tatsumi wishes me to ask not to kick him in the balls. He's kind of tired of that routine. /shot

3.) Sadly, I don't think Tatsumi will feel "high" but you're welcome to control his body for a few moments. We can plot something with this in mind, if you wish.

2. Fight yes, injuries, death no. He's a shinigami anyway that's pretty much impossible, except for some very specific exceptions.

/SOB LATE I KNOW, but I'd still like to do the chip event since I said I'd have Ammy participate. Now that things are less hectic, I'm finally figuring out how to balance China and Ammy.

I think Ammy should meet her true form.
1) Yes, she may.
2.) If they get into a fight, Ammy can get hurt.

And... looking at the Electronic Drug and mind reading towards the end, I guess those won't work on Ammy since she's a goddess and all;;
