A Deathclaw doesn't have any magical abilities, but it is very large (9-10ft) terrifyingly fast for its size and those claws ignore armor bonuses. So the power armor is now tinfoil.
On the other hand, they can't see too well. And they can't fly, and with the exception of one specific population, aren't terribly intelligent either, though they are carnivorous, territorial and aggressive.
...they're also cold blooded and so this Deathclaw would become very sluggish in a snowstorm. They like deserts and wastelands for a reason!
